Description
This unique air-dry product is designed for stamping to use with nail foils, pigment, and effect powders. Sticky Polish has a longer drying time than stamping polish, therefore it can also make layered stamping easier by allowing more time for placement!
How to use: Stamp as normal with the Sticky polish, allow to set/dry for 30 seconds, then apply Art Foil or Pigment for beautiful, unique effects!
