Description
Named after songs from the 80's, the Heat is On is the neon pink member of the neon regular polish collection. This polish dries to semi matte finish and needs a high shine topcoat to bring out its full beauty. While it's not technically a stamping polish, customers have said they use it for stamping and it works beautifully over white and well over black, and it also watermarbles!
